When you purchase products at Moonflair AB, you agree to our terms of purchase. When you as a customer order products with us over the internet, you enter a purchase agreement that is binding. To be able to buy from us and create an account, you must be at least 18 years old. Your purchase is complete when you receive a confirmation email. We ask that you always check that your order confirmation matches your order and that the address information is correct. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us either by mail or by phone. Respect that we only answer the phone during telephone time. Please note that we do not respond to SMS / MMS.
Changing your order
You have the right to change your order at no charge until the time your order is processed. This occurs when invoice and freight documents are created. Change of order after this is not possible.
Cancellation of orders is possible until the time the order is processed. This occurs when invoice and freight documents are created. Cancellation after this is not possible. If we have handled your order, you as a customer are obliged to receive the shipment. A cancellation is not valid until you have received confirmation from us.
All our prices are in EUR and includes VAT for private consumers and without VAT for companies combined with a valid VAT-number.

We offer card payments though “Stripe”
As soon as your payment has been approved, we will start processing your order.
Delivery & Shipping cost
Delivery time within EU 3-5 days. Cost is calculated on weight and country. Moonflair AB is not responsible for delays or damage to deliveries / packages during transport. In case of any mishaps, contact the shipping company immediately. We normally pack your order within 24 hours weekdays Mon-Fri. We do not pack on holidays, those orders will be packed the first weekday after that. We will charge for DHL’s costs for handling fees / transport from 23 EUR (depending on weight and country) for unloaded goods at service points. Should the parcel be reshipped, the shipping fee will be charged again. If you have not received your package within ten days, contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Also double check your spam folder for any notifications that may have ended up there. Natural disasters and production delays that occur outside Moonflair AB’s control are considered Force Major. The buyer is responsible for any customs costs of other fees associated with the purchase.
Moonflair Ab does not cover any customs costs in connection with delivery. This also applies to unloaded goods.
RIGHT TO EXCHANGE
The following conditions apply;
Exchange rights apply 14 days from the time of purchase.
1. Unbroken original packaging and complete packaging shall be returned in its entirety and undamaged.
2. Receipt or invoice is available and can be presented.
3. The product is unused and damaged free.
4. When the item is returned, we will make a refund to you..
5. You contact us either by mail (email@example.com) or by phone.
6. We will refund you for your returned product if you fulfill the terms of purchase and the refund will be made once the product has arrived at our warehouse again.
If it turns out that we sent the wrong product to you, we are responsible for the shipping and will replace you free of charge for the product you ordered. Otherwise, you are responsible for the delivery costs in exchange for the right of exchange.
NOTE! Countries outside Europe is responsible for the shipping cost for returns unless we shipped a damaged product or wrong item.
In case there’s something wrong with the products (not wrongly ordered) or you received the wrong delivery, for example; damaged products, wrong number of products, wrong delivery or similar, we want you to contact us within 5 working days (weekdays) after the delivery has arrived and explain what may have gone wrong and how we can help. The return shipping is refunded as soon as the goods have been received and the complaint is approved. Replacement of a new product is free of charge for you as a customer, provided you have been approved with your complaint. Email receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the defect on the product. We will send a return slip and when the goods are received compensation will be given for this in the form of a new product.
In accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act, you normally have 14 days to cancel your purchase of goods in our web shop. This means that you have the right to return an item if, within 14 days of receiving it, you notify us that you wish to use the return policy. You will then receive the entire purchase price back, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost for the return. The returned item must be unused, complete and undamaged and in undamaged original packaging. The return policy does not apply to discounted products. Please contact our customer service before returning an item.

We welcome everyone to shop with us. The requirement we have is that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 and want to buy products, it is ok that the parent opens an account with us.
